Welcome to Elk Grove Village Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 35

The Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) is the nation’s largest police organization made of current sworn and retired law enforcement officers, with more than 330,000 active members. 

The FOP is the voice of those who dedicated their life's work to protecting and serving their communities. Nationally, the FOP is committed to improving the working conditions of law enforcement officers and the safety of those it represents through training, education, legislation, information, community involvement, and employee representation. 

No one knows the dangers and the difficulties faced by today's police officers better than fellow police officers, and no one knows police officers better than the FOP.

Elk Grove Village Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 35 was granted its FOP Charter on June 7th, 1968. The Lodge was originally formed to provide the Elk Grove Village Police Officers a fraternal and benevolent organization as well as employment representation. 

Today, the Lodge does not provide employment representation.  The Lodge is now strictly a fraternal and benevolent organization.   The Lodge supports its police officers and their families as well as the citizens of the Elk Grove Village community. 

Our organization attempts to bridge the police officers with our community through our volunteering efforts and financial support. Lodge 35 has raised thousands of dollars four our community and have committed countless hours to support the residents of Elk Grove Village.  

Lodge 35 is a registered non-profit organization with the Illinois Attorney General’s office as well with the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(8) Fraternal Organization. 

The Lodge currently consists of over 120 Active Members and 15 Associate Members.  Associate Members are civilian affiliates who work for the common good of our community. 

Our Lodge is constantly active in volunteering and raising money for both local and national not-for-profits as well as local charities by supporting the many local community organizations and events.
